Protesters have stormed the Sri Lankan prime minister’s workplace after a standoff with armed police who fired tear gasoline on the crowd
Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe has delivered a televised tackle during which he mentioned he had ordered the navy to “do no matter is important to revive order”.
