Authorities in South Africa’s Nelson Mandela Bay are racing to stop faucets from operating dry.
“Day Zero”, when the water provide runs out, will see shut to 2 million residents with out water.
A protracted drought and poor administration of water infrastructure have been blamed for the disaster.
A strict water-saving regime has been carried out to attempt to assist the city cope.
