Talks between metropolis authorities and taxi operators in South Africa’s Cape City have stalled.
Minibus taxi drivers have been on strike for almost every week, indignant with visitors legal guidelines they are saying are unfairly focusing on the business.
The strike has seen days of violence and transport disruption.
