Residents of Uruguay’s capital are offended after Google introduced plans to construct a knowledge centre.
The ability would finally want hundreds of thousands of litres of water a day to chill its servers.
However Uruguay is going through its worst drought in seven a long time, and reservoirs are operating dry.
