US Senator Robert Menendez from New Jersey was indicted in a sweeping corruption probe alleging that the Democrat and his spouse protected three businessmen who showered them with items of gold bars, lots of of 1000’s in money, mortgage funds and a Mercedes convertible. Damian Williams, the US Legal professional for the Southern District of New York, spoke at a press convention Friday.
