President Biden will award the Presidential Residents Medal, one of many nation’s highest civilian honors, to twenty individuals on Thursday afternoon, together with former Consultant Liz Cheney and two shut private advisers, Ted Kaufman and Christopher J. Dodd. The recipients the president chosen to be honored in his final medal ceremony have “carried out exemplary deeds of service for his or her nation or their fellow residents,” the White Home stated in a press release on Thursday.
