Mbabazi Sharangabo Philbert Aimé is a Rwandan filmmaker whose award-winning brief movies have been screened in dozens of worldwide festivals. He runs his manufacturing firm in Kigali specializing in younger filmmakers and has simply completed producing his first function movie.
