Rwanda says it has minimize diplomatic ties with Belgium and ordered the European nation’s diplomats to depart the nation inside 48 hours.
In an announcement on Monday, the Rwandan Overseas Ministry accused Belgium of “persistently” undermining Rwanda “throughout the ongoing battle within the Democratic Republic of Congo”.
