A Russian-American lady, Ksenia Karelina, has been launched as a part of a prisoner trade between the US and Russia. Karelina, an beginner ballet dancer, was serving a 12-year jail sentence for treason in Russia. She was swapped for Arthur Petrov, a twin Russian-German citizen who was being held within the US on numerous legal offenses together with smuggling and wire laundering, in keeping with Russian state information companies.
