The overseas ministers of Russia, Syria, Turkey and Iran have met in Moscow for high-level talks on rebuilding ties between Ankara and Damascus after years of animosity throughout Syria’s struggle.
The destiny of Syrian refugees in Turkiye was one of many points mentioned.
Syria’s Overseas Minister Faisal Mekdad was quoted as saying by the Syrian state information company SANA that “regardless of all of the negatives of the previous years, there is a chance” for Damascus and Ankara to work collectively.
