A sequence of explosions have been reported at two Russian army installations, each inside territory that Russia has seized from Ukraine and inside Russia itself.
In Sevastopol, in Russian-occupied Crimea, the federal government claimed a Ukrainian drone was shot down by anti-aircraft defences close to a key army airfield.
In Russia itself, the authorities stated villages near the border with Ukraine have been evacuated after a hearth at an ammunition depot.
