Bystanders filmed the second raging wildfire tore by means of a principal enterprise district in western Maui, destroying buildings and sending residents fleeing for his or her lives. The Hawaiian Coast Guard says it rescued a dozen individuals who had jumped into the ocean to flee the inferno.
