PwC, a number one audit agency, and Takara Printing have introduced a collaboration to offer English disclosure assist providers, together with the interpretation of securities stories. This initiative comes because the Tokyo Inventory Alternate plans to mandate corporations listed on the Prime Market to reveal monetary data in English beginning April 2025, aiming to draw abroad buyers.
As step one, PwC and Takara Printing will start providing providers to translate the “monetary standing” sections of securities stories into English from January 2025.
