Abkhazia’s authorities has backed down on a Russian funding deal, after protesters broke into parliament.
It could have allowed Russian firms to purchase property within the breakaway area, which is recognised by Moscow .. as an unbiased state .. however is claimed by Georgia .. as its personal.
