The trial continues for a person accused of killing Georgia nursing pupil Laken Riley because it enters its third day of testimony. Prosecutors say Jose Ibarra, who entered the U.S. illegally two years in the past, killed Riley whereas she was out jogging in February and left behind a trove of bodily proof. Protection attorneys say the proof isn’t linked to Ibarra. CBS Information authorized contributor Caroline Polisi says immigration is not going to be mentioned on the trial.
