Following the tragic incident involving the Azerbaijan Airways airplane that resulted in fatalities, the President of the Republic of Seychelles, Mr. Wavel Ramkalawan, expressed his condolence to H.E. Ilham Aliyev, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
In his message, President Ramkalawan, acknowledged:
“I used to be deeply saddened to study of the Azerbaijan Airways airplane crash, which tragically occurred throughout its scheduled flight from Baku to Grozny on Wednesday twenty fifth December 2024. This unlucky incident resulted within the lack of 38 lives and left many others injured.
On behalf of the Authorities and folks of the Republic of Seychelles, in addition to by myself behalf, I wish to prolong our honest condolences to the grieving households and all these affected by this tragedy.”
