President Cyril Ramaphosa has this morning, Saturday 1 March 2025 arrived in Windhoek, Namibia the place he’ll be part of the Nujoma household, the folks and authorities of Namibia and different Heads of State and Authorities, to bid farewell to the late former President of the Republic of Namibia, Dr Samuel Shafishuna Nujoma.
The previous President Nujoma handed away on 11 February 2025 whereas receiving medical consideration in Windhoek on the age of 95.
Dr Nujoma turned concerned in anticolonial politics throughout the1950’s and was the founding member and the primary President of the Southwest Africa Individuals’s Group (SWAPO) in 1960.
