    Col. Phillip P. Murrell, the deputy commander of the twentieth CBRNE Command, spoke on the annual Memorial Day ceremony on the Aberdeen Proving Floor-North Cemetery.

    Murrell mentioned the fallen American heroes honored on Memorial Day made it doable for others to reside in peace and prosperity.

    Silva talked about the fiftieth anniversary of the Vietnam Conflict throughout his remarks. His dad and three of his uncles served within the Vietnam Conflict.
