A police chief accused of botching the response to the deadly taking pictures of 19 college kids and two lecturers in Uvalde, Texas, has been placed on depart.
Pedro “Pete” Arredondo, head of the college district police pressure, has been blamed for legislation enforcement delays in confronting the gunman.
