KANAGAWA, Sep 16 (News On Japan) –
A person arrested for disruptive conduct on a Shinkansen prepare claims he was arrested for giving a speech.
Hiroshi Kawano, a 42-year-old self-proclaimed pianist, was taken into custody on Sunday morning on prices of obstruction of official duties.
In response to police, Kawano triggered a disturbance contained in the Tokaido Shinkansen on the morning of September 14th. When the prepare made an emergency cease at Odawara Station, he allegedly kicked a police officer and spat in his face.
The incident triggered delays for the Shinkansen, affecting roughly 1,900 passengers.
Kawano denies the costs, stating, “I used to be arrested for giving a speech.”
