Philomath residents may help struggle starvation locally by collaborating within the Stamp Out Starvation Meals Drive on Saturday.
Organized by the Nationwide Affiliation of Letter Carriers, the annual occasion is the biggest single-day meals drive within the nation.
To take part, residents are requested to go away a bag of nonperishable meals objects subsequent to their mailbox earlier than common mail supply. Letter carriers will gather the donations throughout their routes, and all meals stays native, benefitting Philomath Group Gleaners and Nancy’s Meals Pantry, packages which are part of Philomath Group Providers.
