UK TV presenter Phillip Schofield has confirmed he had an affair with a youthful male ITV worker whereas he was nonetheless married.
In a press release to the Each day Mail newspaper, Schofield apologised for mendacity to his colleagues and the media, and mentioned his relationship with the younger worker, who the BBC isn’t naming, was “unwise however not unlawful”.
