Authorities within the Philippines say they’ve made important progress of their clean-up efforts three months because the oil spill.
A whole bunch of 1000’s of litres of oil flowed into the ocean when the Princess Empress tanker sank resulting from sturdy winds. Residents of coastal cities say they worry the injury might be long-lasting.
