Pennsylvania’s high two tech leaders, its state chief info officer and chief know-how officer (CTO), have stepped down.

CIO Amaya Capellán and CTO R. Brian Andrews have left state authorities. Capellán was named CIO in July 2023, after greater than six years at Comcast throughout which she rose to vice chairman of product administration for its know-how, product and expertise unit.
