Pennsylvania’s high two tech leaders, its state chief info officer and chief know-how officer (CTO), have stepped down.

CIO Amaya Capellán and CTO R. Brian Andrews have left state authorities. Capellán was named CIO in July 2023, after greater than six years at Comcast throughout which she rose to vice chairman of product administration for its know-how, product and expertise unit. Andrews, a longtime state govt, joined the Workplace of Administration in January 2014 as chief of its voice and unified communications division based on LinkedIn, and was named CTO in November 2024.
