Pakistan is asking on wealthy nations to pay reparations to assist poorer nations cope with local weather change.
It comes as Pakistan struggles to deal with the aftermath of devastating flooding which has claimed greater than 1,200 lives and left a 3rd of the nation beneath water.
Pakistan’s Balochistan province is among the worst hit areas and the military has been main rescue efforts there.
