An Oregon man is accused of posing as an undercover police officer after kidnapping a lady and sexually assaulting her. The lady was in a position to escape from the cinder block cell the place she was being held. Now, authorities are investigating whether or not the suspect could have dedicated related crimes in different states. Jonathan Vigliotti has the story.
