The Texas state authorities is on the verge of passing laws that makes it a criminal offense for undocumented migrants to enter the state. It will be punishable by as much as six months in jail. Immigration advocates say that the regulation would result in racial profiling and discrimination in opposition to migrants. Texas State Consultant Armando Walle was not afraid to name out his Republican colleagues over the unjust nature of the laws. He joins American Voices host Alicia Menendez to debate.
