Iran’s supreme chief, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, has mentioned claims that Tehran could pursue a nuclear weapon are a false “excuse” that untrustworthy worldwide stakeholders use.
He informed a bunch of nuclear officers and scientists in Tehran on Sunday that Islamic values stop Iran from pursuing a weapon of mass destruction.
Iran presently enriches uranium to 60 %, which is a brief technical step from the over 90 % purity required for a bomb, and is alleged to have amassed sufficient fissile materials for a couple of bomb. However Western intelligence sources and screens say there have been no indicators that Tehran is presently engaged on producing a bomb.
