A legal investigation is underway after a lethal collision between a cargo ship and an oil tanker within the North Sea. The accident, which occurred on Monday, left each vessels in flames and resulted within the demise of 1 crew member. Authorities arrested the captain of the cargo ship on suspicion of gross negligence and manslaughter. Investigators are working to find out the reason for the crash and assess potential security violations at sea.
