Rep. LaMonica McIver (D-NJ) is dealing with federal costs for allegedly assaulting legislation enforcement officers after chaos broke out outdoors of an ICE detention facility in her residence state. Prosecutors, nonetheless, dropped the federal trespassing cost towards Newark Mayor Ras Baraka (D-NJ), who was arrested in the course of the confrontation.
