An American Airways flight from New York to New Delhi was diverted to Rome as a consequence of a “bomb scare”, information company AFP reported quoting airport officers.
American Airways flight AA292 departed New York’s JFK Worldwide Airport on February 22 and was scheduled to reach at Delhi however was diverted to Rome. The Boeing airplane carrying 199 passengers plus crew landed at Rome’s Fiumicino airport.
