Evacuation orders and warnings have been issued to greater than 31,000 folks within the neighborhood of two new wildfires north of Los Angeles on Wednesday.
The Hughes hearth close to Castaic Lake in northern Los Angeles County started Wednesday morning and now covers greater than 10,000 acres or 15 sq. miles. It was 14% contained at 4 a.m. native time (7 a.m. ET), based on Cal Hearth.
