LINCOLN, Neb. (WOWT) – On today 10 years in the past, Nebraska was the primary state to make use of opioid fentanyl in an execution.
This was used within the execution of Carey Dean Moore. The 60-year-old spent greater than half his life on dying row for the killing of two cab drivers in Omaha in 1979.
