US Secretary of State Antony Blinken met with NATO’s Secretary Basic Mark Rutte in Brussels.
He spoke about cementing help for Ukraine, forward of Donald Trump’s return as president.
Blinken additionally mentioned the entry of North Korean troopers into fight towards Ukraine and stated Pyongyang’s involvement will obtain a “agency response.”
The US says many of the 10,000 North Korean troopers helping Russia are already operational within the Kursk area.
And on Tuesday, North Korea ratified a landmark defence treaty with Russia.
