Large explosions have rocked the Lebanese capital, marking the “most violent evening” of assaults since Israel expanded its navy offensive towards Lebanon on September 23.
Israeli warplanes carried out greater than 30 in a single day air raids on southern suburbs of Beirut, with an enormous fireball lighting up the evening sky and plumes of smoke rising early on Sunday.
UN specialists have criticised Israel’s ‘rising disregard’ for worldwide legislation in its assaults on Lebanon.
