Russian authorities say they’ve detained a suspect over the killing of a senior basic in Moscow on Tuesday.
The 29-year-old from Uzbekistan has reportedly confessed to collaborating with Ukrainian intelligence providers within the assault on Igor Kirillov.
He was the commander of Russia’s nuclear, chemical and organic defence division and was investigating actions by the US in Ukraine.
The bomb was hidden in an electrical scooter.
