Ukraine’s safety service says it was behind the killing of a high-ranking Russian common in Moscow. Igor Kirillov—who was accountable for Russia’s nuclear, chemical, and organic defence – was killed by a bomb hidden in an electrical scooter. He’s essentially the most senior Russian officer killed within the warfare with Ukraine.
