CHELTENHAM TWP., Pa. (WPVI) — Police in Cheltenham Township are searching for whoever is liable for abandoning six canines in cages in a shopping mall.
Cheltenham Township police stated they made the invention round 9:30 a.m. Tuesday behind a shopping mall within the 2400 block of Buyers Lane.
Officers discovered the canines in two small cages – 5 pups collectively in a single, and their dad within the different. The officers introduced the animals to the Montgomery County SPCA in Conshohocken.
