The Titan submersible which went lacking on a mission to the wreck of the Titanic might have lower than 20 hours of oxygen remaining, Rear Admiral John Mauger from US Coast Guard has advised BBC Information.
He described the rescue mission as a “complicated and tough case” and stated his staff is working “very arduous” utilizing “all out there sources”.
Contact with the miniature sub, which has 5 individuals on board, was misplaced on Sunday because it made a 3,800m descent to the Titanic wreck.
