Mindfulness in Movement: Embracing the Transient Nature of Existence
Beneath the sky’s huge, shifting hue,
I stroll the trail the place moments brew.
Every step a whisper, smooth and clear,
A fleeting breath, a transient tear.
The wind, it dances, wild and free,
A mirror of life’s thriller.
It carries seeds, it bends the bushes,
But leaves no hint upon the seas.
I pause to really feel the earth’s embrace,
The heartbeat of time, the fleeting grace.
A leaf descends, a river flows,
The current blooms, the long run glows.
In each breath, a world is born,
In each sigh, a star is torn.
The previous dissolves like morning mist,
The long run waits, a shadow kissed.
I’m the stream, I’m the stone,
A fleeting word, a timeless tone.
The dance of life, each huge and small,
A single thread inside all of it.
To cling is to withstand the tide,
To battle the movement the place truths reside.
As an alternative, I yield, I let or not it’s,
A conscious coronary heart, a soul let out.
For within the movement, stillness lies,
In each finish, a brand new dawn.
The transient nature, not a foe,
However life’s personal method to assist us develop.
So let me transfer with open eyes,
Beneath the ever-changing skies.
To stay, to like, to easily be,
A conscious dance with eternity.
