Residents of the South African township of Kagiso close to Johannesburg have set ablaze the properties of migrants who they blame for the gang rape of eight girls final week.
The residents consider the massive group, who they accuse of the assault, are illegally working in disused native mines.
Dozens of persons are being held by police in reference to the assault however none have been charged with rape.
