A person in his 30s died after being trapped underneath a fallen ginkgo tree in Hino Metropolis, Tokyo.
In response to the Metropolitan Police Division, at round 6:30 p.m. on the twelfth of September, a witness reported a fallen tree in Tama-daira, Hino Metropolis, to the emergency providers.
Upon arrival, the police and firefighters discovered a person in his 30s trapped underneath a tree with a diameter of 20 to 30 centimeters.
The fallen tree is believed to be a part of a ginkgo tree row managed by the town within the Tama-daira Second Inexperienced Park.
The person was rescued roughly an hour after the decision, however he was pronounced lifeless on the hospital.
The positioning of the incident is situated about 700 meters north of JR Chūō Line’s Toyoda Station.
