A person has been charged with homicide after a buyer was stabbed at a financial institution in Derby metropolis centre.
Haybe Cabdiraxmaan Nur, 47, of Western Street in Derby, has been charged with the homicide of Gurvinder Johal, 37, who was stabbed inside Lloyds in St Peter’s Road simply after 14:30 BST on Tuesday.
Mr Cabdiraxmaan Nur will seem at Southern Derbyshire Magistrates’ Courtroom later.
Samanatha Shallow, deputy chief crown prosecutor within the East Midlands, mentioned: “Following a evaluation of the proof offered by Derbyshire Constabulary, we have now authorised felony fees in relation to the loss of life of 37-year-old Gurvinder Johal.”
