The M23 armed group says it has taken management of town of Goma in jap Democratic Republic of Congo. 1000’s of residents are fleeing and a few authorities troops have surrendered. Livid over the M23 advance, the DRC lower ties with Rwanda and known as for UN sanctions on its neighbour.
