    A KNIFEMAN who tried to rob a taxi and attacked a police officer has been shot and killed by cops at Gran Canaria Airport.

    The surprising incident unfolded simply earlier than 5pm as we speak in a busy public transport space exterior the terminal, the place vacationers repeatedly hop into taxis and buses.
