The launch of French artist JR’s newest monumental intervention—the wrapping of the Pont Neuf in Paris—has been postponed after the work was broken. The non permanent inflatable piece, often called La Caverne du Pont Neuf, was initially resulting from open from 6 to twenty-eight June. In line with Euronews, the huge trompe l’oeil canvas surrounding the bridge was torn throughout a latest storm. JR’s studio was contacted for remark.
