    Japan begins investigation into church in wake of Shinzo Abe killing – BBC News

    The Japanese authorities has begun an official investigation into the Unification Church months after former Prime Minister Shinzo Abe was shot lifeless, allegedly by a person who had a grudge in opposition to the group.

    There have been current revelations about hyperlinks between the non secular group and the governing Liberal Democratic Occasion.

    The church has been below scrutiny since Abe’s assassination in July, with the suspect saying his household had been bankrupted by donations to the group.
