Former Director-Common of the Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority (GPHA), Richard Anamoo, has expressed skepticism over claims made by the previous Electrical energy Firm of Ghana (ECG) Managing Director, Samuel Dubik Mahama, to the impact that the Ghana Income Authority (GRA) Customs Division could have auctioned a number of the alleged lacking containers.
