    ITC among 39 stocks nearing ex-dates for dividends, bonus, splits next week. Do you own any?

    Shares equivalent to ITC and Cochin Shipyard might be in focus subsequent week as they strategy their report dates for company actions together with dividends, bonus shares, and inventory splits.

    The report date serves as a closing date when firms decide which shareholders qualify for company advantages. For shareholders to be eligible for buybacks, bonus points, or inventory splits, they have to maintain shares of their demat accounts on the report date.

    To qualify for these company advantages, buyers must buy shares not less than one buying and selling day earlier than the ex-date, as settlements happen the next day. Those that purchase shares on or after the ex-date is not going to be entitled to those company actions.
