    The Division of Artwork & Design is delighted to announce the Integrative Studio II Pupil-Led Exhibition for the Spring 2025 semester. The exhibition will likely be introduced in Finley Gallery & the adjoining Annex Galleries from February twenty fifth via March 4th, with a gap reception on February twenty fifth from 2:30pm till 4:30pm.

    The ISII exhibition is the end result of a six-week journey shared by visible arts majors throughout three sections of Integrative Studio II led by Professors Jess Blaustein, Simone Couto, and Genevieve Lowe. Utilizing the piñata as a shared place to begin of their investigation, the artists delved deeply into the topic to increase their understanding of its historical past, materiality, and cultural significance. Constructing on this preliminary analysis, they created artworks throughout media exploring a spread of concepts together with development, deconstruction, regeneration, and transformation. The artists themselves collectively organized this public sharing of their work—collectively they met the problem of presenting a visible throughline throughout the shared gallery areas whereas nonetheless highlighting the distinctive voices of every class, as mirrored by the three exhibition subtitles: Damage to Resurrection, Metamorphosis, and Interwoven Realities
